The « Champagne Pertois-Moriset » is a family business created in 1951 after the marriage of Yves Pertois from Cramant and Janine Moriset from Le Mesnil/Oger. They are both the third generation of winemaker. Dominique Pertois started to work with his parents on the property after his military service. He married Florence Launois in 1978 and they took over the society together in 1994.
In 2001, his daughter Cécile and in 2005, his son in law Vincent joined the business. The "Champagne Pertois-Moriset" owns 18 hectares of vineyards (44.48 acres). Most of is grown on the "Cote des blancs", composed of the villages of Le Mesnil/Oger, Oger, Avize , Cramant and the "Sezannais, composed of Barbonne, Chantemerle and Bethon.
The vineyards have an average of 30 years of age
