Worked out starting from pinot noir and chardonnay collected on the southern slopes going towards Sézanne, this balanced champagne, combines freshness and smoothness. Ideal for   aperitif. (Exists in Demi-sec quality, more proportioned out of liquor to accompany your desserts). 

50% pinot noir, 50% chardonnay

Exit exclusively of the vines of the côte des blancs, this vintage only worked out starting from the white type of vine Chardonnay, is of remarkable nobility and smoothness. It is the companion of all the festivals and ceremonies.          

It resulting from best is believed one year exceptional and its long ageing in cellar confers a perfect harmony and a rare quality to him. Resulting from the Coast of White and elaborate only starting from Chardonnay, it is the champagne of the special occasions.

Worked out starting from pinot noir, the brut rosé is tempting champagne by its delicate dress, its fruity taste and its so characteristic reflections.
